Prahlada charithe shilpagalu-Story of Prahlada depicted in Hoysala Temples

The article speaks about the epic stories narrated in panels of Hoysala temples.  It dwells into details of how the story of Prahlada is depicted at various temples in Hassan and Mandya districts. Author says the scenes depicted appear to have been taken from Baghavatha Purana. In Koravangala and Halebid temples, most ornate, details sculptures can be seen where as in other temples, the scenes are narrated in panels (Adhishtana Pattike) running along the base of the temples.
