Life history of the poet, has been furnished, mention of Chouta Rajendra ruling Malai, the public opinion about alia Santhana of that period, the Land tenure, the Jain Basadi’s destroyed by Hoysala Vishnuvardhana, enlistment of basadis in Tuludesha, installation of Jain mutts in Moodbidre, Karkala, Nallur by Pandithacharya of Shravanbelagola etc., how these have been pictured in this poetical work bearing a historical significance -all have been presented in this essay.
