Alburina Brahma devara shilpa-Brahmadeva Sculpture at Alabur

Sri Satish draws our attention towards the worship of Brahma at Alabur, by Lingayat community. The worship of Brahma is not a common feature. It is interesting to note that in this temple, Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma sculptures are present and are being worshipped. The story behind the curse of Shiva for the non-worship of Brahma and the sculptural details have been furnished.
